Names the job they want
A student uploads a CV, or answers a few questions if they don't have one, and names the role they are aiming at. Acelro compares what they can already do with what employers ask for in that role.
Builds a project toward it
The gap becomes a project brief, set out in steps. Each step is checked before the next one opens, so a student can work at their own pace between classes and shifts. If a project needs software, it often runs in the browser, so there is nothing to install.
Leaves with work to show
The finished work is reviewed, and the student can put it on their portfolio and share it as a link. An employer opens the work itself instead of taking a grade or a badge on trust.

Much of the higher education delivered in colleges is foundation degrees, HNCs and HNDs, and plenty of those students work, commute or study part time. A project they can work through in short steps, in a browser, fits around that. It works the same way for first-degree students at a smaller provider.

What does a pilot cost?
Nothing. We haven't launched and we aren't selling anything yet, so there is no price to quote.
How do you handle student data?
Student data is stored in the UK. A CV is parsed for skill data and held against that student's account only, and we don't share it with employers unless the student chooses to. We sign a data processing agreement with you before any students start.
Does IT need to install anything?
Acelro runs in the browser, so a cohort can start without an IT project in front of it.
Does a student need a CV to start?
They don't. A student without one builds a skill profile by answering questions instead.
