Questions teams ask first

How long does it take to set up a pilot?

A founder will run a 20-minute call with you, then invite your team by email the same day. Most pilots are up and running within 24 hours of that call.

What size team makes sense for a pilot?

We're sizing pilots between 5 and 10 seats. Smaller teams give us cleaner signal; larger teams need a different conversation. If you're outside that band, write to us anyway.

Do you integrate with our LMS or HRIS?

Not yet. The pilot uses our admin dashboard standalone. If a partner pilot needs an HRIS or LMS integration, that becomes a build commitment we'll discuss on the intro call.

How is this different from LinkedIn Learning for Business or Coursera for Teams?

Course platforms hand your team a catalogue. We hand each person a list of the specific skills they're missing for a specific role, and only the lessons and projects that close those gaps. Less time learning what people already know.

Where is our team's data stored?

In the EU. Each learner's CV is parsed for skill data and stored against their account only. We don't share it with employers or use it to train models outside Acelro. The privacy page has the full statement.

What happens after the pilot?

We sit down with you and look at what landed for your team and what didn't. Pricing comes from that conversation, not before it. If the pilot didn't deliver, you owe nothing.
