Do I need to know what role I want?
No. If you're not sure, pick a couple of roles you're curious about. We'll show you the skill overlap and which one fits your existing experience best.
What if I'm switching tracks within tech?
That's the most common case. Tell us your current role and the one you're moving toward (e.g., support to DevOps, frontend to cloud). We map the specific skills the new role expects that your current one doesn't cover.
How is this different from Coursera or LinkedIn Learning?
Course platforms hand you a catalog. We hand you a list of the skills you're missing for a specific role, then point you at the lessons and projects that close those gaps. You spend less time learning things you already know.
Is my CV data safe?
Yes. Your CV is parsed for skill data and stored only in your account. We don't share it with employers or use it to train models outside Acelro. The privacy page has the full statement.
Is it really free?
Yes, during the open beta. We're not charging while we get the product right. If you join now, you'll know before anything changes.
Will this actually get me hired?
We can't promise jobs, and anyone who does is selling you something. What we can promise: you'll know the skills employers want for your target role, you'll close those gaps with structured practice, and your CV will reflect what you've built.
