Make a data-protection complaint

For concerns about how Acelro handles your personal data.

Use this form if you believe Acelro has handled your personal data incorrectly: processed it without a lawful basis, held data we shouldn't, failed to respond to a data rights request, or otherwise fallen short of our obligations under UK data protection law.

We'll send you an acknowledgement by email right away and a substantive response within 30 days. If the case is complex and we need longer, we'll write to you with the reason and a new timeline (up to a further two months).

For routine data requests (access, correction, deletion, export, or objection), email privacy@acelro.com instead. Those are handled separately from complaints.

You can also complain directly to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint, though the ICO usually expects you to contact us first.
